A couple of suggestions for the transquarters. You can also try one arm forwards one arm transquarter. One pattern I like is F-T, T-F so that you switch each time. You can also do F-F, T-T, or B-B, T-T, or F-B, T-T and of course B-F, T-T. You are definately on the right track with breaking down level three into smaller units to practice them. would also strongly recommend to everyone who relies on the dvd-gradually ween yourself off of it.
