Alina, does it really? Huh, I never noticed that. :/

I'll check it out sometime, or maybe someone else has the answer?

Neil, hi! Thanks for the suggestions. Sorry for totally blanking your comment, I didn't realise it was here (wth?)

Don't sweat it too much, Alina, the difference isn't that big a deal in the grander scheme of things, I would say.

Thank you, this is wonderful!
Is it me, though, or does the arm pattern for Level 1 change in the rotations section? The normal pattern, and the one here is:
22, 33, 44, 11 -- 44, 33, 22, 11
24, 33, 42, 11 -- 42, 33, 24, 11
In the rotations, it seems to change to:
22, 33, 44, 11 -- 44, 33, 22, 11 (same)
42, 33, 24, 11 -- 24, 33, 42, 11
It's driving me a little nutty and I would so so appreciate it if you could demistify this for me. Since you already got through Level 1 :)

Hi Willie, nice work on the pdf's. A couple of suggestions for the transquarters. You can also try one arm forwards one arm transquarter.
One pattern I like is F-T, T-F so that you switch each time. You can also do F-F, T-T, or B-B, T-T, or F-B, T-T and of course B-F, T-T.
You are definately on the right track with breaking down level three into smaller units to practice them.
would also strongly recommend to everyone who relies on the dvd-gradually ween yourself off of it. It's a great introduction but if you want to truly be free memorize the patterns and practice them without the dvd.
all the best

>>Wij vragen excuses voor het oponthoud. ;)

MAW koooooooud.

Thanks for the sheets again, I promise I won't procrastinate given you invested your time and were nice enough to share them with us. And made them look classy at that.

Cheers!
